Educational Consulting Services

---

We operate in various domains including education, professional learning, research, and organizational development. Our engagements range from focused consultation to larger project-based work, all aimed at enhancing educational practices.

Educational Program Strategy

We assist organizations in critically evaluating their educational program strategy, ensuring that their initiatives align with their goals and that their practices effectively support intended outcomes. Our projects cover comprehensive areas such as program planning, educational needs analysis, program review, learning outcomes assessment, strategic recommendations, and the development of new educational initiatives.

Curriculum & Instructional Design

Creating effective curriculum and instructional design goes beyond mere content delivery. It involves a harmonious integration of learning objectives, instructional activities, assessments, learner needs, and delivery methods.

We provide thorough support for curriculum development and revision, course design, assessment creation, instructional materials, rubrics, online and hybrid learning, as well as accessible learning resources to meet diverse learner needs.

Assessment & Educational Research

Data is valuable only when it addresses meaningful questions. Our team assists clients with research and evidence reviews, assessment design, evaluation of learning outcomes, interpretation of educational information, and translating findings into practical recommendations that enhance educational strategies.

Professional Development

At Red Rock Educational Consulting, we design customized professional development programs tailored for faculty, educators, staff, and organizations. Our offerings may focus on areas such as teaching and learning, communication, assessment, adult learning, online instruction, AI-enabled learning, presentation skills, and other organization-specific needs to foster growth and effectiveness.

AI-Enabled Learning

With the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence in education and workplace learning, we help educators and organizations explore practical, ethical, and pedagogically sound methods to incorporate AI into their teaching and training practices. Our emphasis remains on aligning technology with learning objectives, keeping educational demands at the forefront.

Academic & Professional Editing

We provide substantive and copyediting support for complex academic and professional documents, including dissertations, research manuscripts, reports, educational materials, presentations, and other scholarly or professional work. Our role focuses on enhancing clarity, organization, consistency, and presentation while maintaining the author’s unique voice.

Doctoral & Research Consultation

Advanced academic work can greatly benefit from an experienced outside perspective. Our consultation services cover organization and structure, research communication, literature integration, academic writing, presentation preparation, and dissertation editing. We are dedicated to supporting scholars in their own research and authorship, not completing academic work on behalf of students.
